Ahmed Jamal Jawa serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jawa Group's international investment group of companies, Starling Holding Ltd. and subsidiaries.

J. BARRY MORRISSEY
Legal Counsel
Mr. Morrissey has served as legal counsel and corporate secretary to Starling Holding Ltd. and many of its subsidiaries since 1986. He is a former senior partner of Hale & Dorr in Boston, Massachusetts, and the former founding managing partner of Brobeck Hale and Dorr in London and New York.

With over 35 years of law practice behind him, Mr. Morrissey has extensive experience in numerous international transactions and has represented such major corporations as IT&T and the Sheraton Corporation, along with many large private and publicly held corporate groups in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. In addition, he has represented divisions of various governments and ministries in the Middle East.

Mr. Morrissey graduated from Yale University in 1961 with a BA in economics, and Boston College Law School in 1964.

INVESTMENT GROUP

DAVID SIMPSON, CFA
Director, Investments
Mr. David Simpson manages Starling's Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio. Prior to joining Starling, he led private equity investments in excess of $750 million for the San Francisco Employees' Retirement System and the Southern Ute Tribe of Colorado. Mr. Simpson worked for Charles Schwab & Co. for over a decade as a Finance Director with responsibility for a wide array of analytical projects. He holds an MS in Finance from the University of Colorado (Beta Gamma Sigma honors), a BA in Psychology from Harvard University and is a CFA charterholder. In his free time, Mr. Simpson is an avid tennis player and aspiring screenwriter.

JAMAL AHMED JAWA
Senior Manager
Mr. Jamal Ahmed Jawa joined Starling as Senior Manager in 2010, after working at Banque Saudi Fransi, Jeddah, which is a joint venture between Saudi shareholders and Credit Agricole of France. He was responsible for Corporate Finance. He studied at Suffolk University in Boston MA, and graduated from College of Business Administration (CBA) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He is the first member of the family second generation to join the family office.

MOHAMMED AHMED JAWA
Senior Manager
Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Jawa has joined Starling as a Senior Manager in September 2011 he is the second member of the second generation to join the family office. Mohammed's experience include an internship at Credit Suisse Investment Banking in Dubai, UAE and brings more than two years of treasury experience to Starling from Banque Saudi Fransi where he occupied the position of Treasury Corporate Sales Dealer. His job description was to provide hedging and investment solutions for both institutional and private banking clients through the sale of treasury products ranging from foreign exchange, equities, commodities, interest rates, structured products and fixed income. Mr. Jawa holds a BBA in International Business Management from AIU-London.

TARIQ RISHI
Manager - Projects
Mr. Tariq Rishi joined Starling as Manager – Projects in 2011. He has over 20 years of diversified experience in areas of Information Technology, FMCG, Social Media and Licensing. He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, Pakistan and he holds a Master Degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona. He also has a certification in Ecommerce from UC, Berkeley.

SANA HELAL
Assistant Manager - Investments
Ms. Helal has been working with the Starling group for five years. She is responsible for reviewing investment proposals, conducting due diligence and assisting in maintaining the current portfolio of Starling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from PESIT, Bangalore, and an MBA in Finance from S. P. Jain Center of Management, Dubai. Ms. Helal is a candidate for the CFA program.

NATASHA DSOUZA, FRM
Investment Analyst
Ms. Natasha joined Starling as an Investment Analyst in 2010, after working as a Research Associate at Decimal Point Analytics in Mumbai. She holds an Bachelors degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College and a Masters in Management Studies (MMS Finance) from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, University of Mumbai. Ms Dsouza is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM)- Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). She is also a Level 2 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) programs.

FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION GROUP

VINAY RAMU
Sr. Manager, Finance and Administration
Mr. Vinay Ramu manages Finance and Administration functions for Starling and its subsidiaries. He has over 14 years of work experience, his previous work experiences also include; managing the Treasury operations for Deyaar (a leading Listed Real Estate Development & Investment Company, Dubai), Corporate Banking portfolio management of a value in excess of USD 270 million at Dubai Bank (Dubai) and working in Assurance with PriceWaterHouseCoopers. Mr. Ramu holds a CPA (USA) certification and a Masters Degree (specializing in Costing, Banking and Taxation).

BALAJI BALASUBRAMANIAN
Financial Accountant
Mr. Balaji is involved in various accounting functions for Starling and its subsidiaries. He holds an MBA in Finance from Bharatidasan University and has worked for renowned companies in India, such as Karvy Consultants Ltd., and with the Al-Futtaim Group in the UAE. He specializes in ERP implementation of Oracle. Mr. Balaji is a candidate for the CFA program.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GROUP

MOHAMMED GHOUSE MOHIUDDIN
MIS Supervisor
Mr. Ghouse Mohiuddin manages the operations and IT functions for the Starling Group. He has more than 8 years experience in the field of networking, software development and PC hardware support. Prior to joining Starling, he worked in Laing ORourke Construction Company. Mr. Ghouse is a Masters Degree holder in Computer Sciences and has also completed various Microsoft and Cisco certifications
